I have known about this cosplay since last year December through my friend Masami. At first i didn't want to go but after succumbing to the curious thought of cosplay, i decided to go as an Alchemist from the game Ragnarok Online. I managed to drag a couple of my friends to cosplay with me...Rai as Sohee, Cubbie as Kuchiki Rukia and Windy as Nemu and at the last minute, Pu as Kirie. It was really fun and never ever in my life my photo was taken so many times in one day. It was like a one-day stardom and we were all stars of the day. We even performed in the group performance on stage and we won 1st prize....to think there was only 2 group and we only practiced the night before.....er....... We met many nice people at the fiesta and some weird people as well. MMU Students look like jakuns when they see cosplayers, expecially those who did not go to any cosplay conventions before. There are some setbacks though. Some people are very rude when they just take our photos without permission, mostly while we are passing by or when other people are taking our photos. Cosplayers like to look good in photo and those impromptu photos ruin our image. Death to photographers who took photo without permission!! Anyhow I really enjoyed my 1st cosplay and look forward for the next one which is CosMas in June! Not sure what to cosplay as yet..but something not so complicated n less accessories this time...actually it is because i spent nearly RM400 for my Alchemist cosplay collectively...and I need something cheaper now......T_T
Most of the photos came out dark/yellowish/greenish. I edited them already so that they look better n not so sucky. Dam i need a digital SLR...
